The idiot apprentice & Miss junior boycott

Miss junior boycott,

Whose position is senior to that of madam Dung-canned  (refer to blog not Dungcanned )  
Has to two managerial positions  does that mean double pay ?

Is continuously on annual leave every week if not every other Week  becuz. The NHS unfortunately  is so short budgeted, that it pay its staff instead of wages in further annual leave instead. Which is fair due in one respect,  however  this becomes an ongoing  Cycle

Additional Annual leave taken on normal working  day, is made up on overtime  over the weekend which further accrues Yes you guessed it more further annual leave.

The penny finally drop on the team I was allocated to, as why they  needed an admin assistant ( for which they did put ad-vacancy for already trained admin and my face) , not so much for the back log of paper work (which I naturally  expected ) but to take the telephone calls / for when they were not in the office or indeed on annual leave,

So let me get this right when someone ring their office, they actually expect to talk to someone medical profession,  what good is as admin staff? Other than leave a message,  and from what they told me as an apprentice no need to know any medical terminology for this department (seriously?) 

For which miss junior boycott was corrected at disciplinary meeting 5th Jan  2017, but again repeated the same error at the exit interview 

I wonder if the newly recruited qualified admin staff  was given the same rules /advice…. what ever.

From my utter awful manner of reading people I gathered  Miss boycott is a true blonde  simply a memory of an elephant and many years ago in right place at the right time hence the two senior positions she hold now. 

An endearing personality at first glance, darn good thing over blonde    fascination years ago, didn't fall for that persona.

Has great tendency to lead madam dungcanned to paper work concerning me who is an excellent waffler with mighty inclination to add  complex words such as “pro active leave”   Never heard that  phrase before  let me guess bio yogurt by any chance ? 


  Made herself conveniently  unavailable  to ask anything by not being in official new  office  to the point that even madam  Dungcann questioned it.

One few times by the end before,   resigning did catch her, asked to see apprentice folder which wasn't underneath her desk where she was sat; where she told me it would  be, but in a room where patients were being seen too … so what business does my folder have in there? not like there is proper desk and chair in there to browse.

Further comments on miss junior boycott, nope  when she  has less truthful or indeed in the wrong her upper lip does wrinkles up

 Dungcan  in front of her seniors won't  look them in the eye and usually talks down, OR  does not  raise her gaze

As for me an my  apparent lack of being unable to read body language 
 All  I can  say psychology  can only base  a lot body language   On designated conformity that apparently universal … I think not.

The job coach and linked team

After being written off for approximately 20 years of working existence I am now deemed fit for work. Which is another way of saying the current cost cutting government took welfare clauses that allow people like me to claim ESA because our So what was job hunting like when first time ever, when I joined this time last year in August. Well first off I had to describe a domestic abuse situation at home. At which point the newly acquainted job coach asked me why ???? am I telling her this ( she is now being transferred to closer to home job centre… just as well, few 9am start appoint that I had with her she didn't make it on time.)
