At which point the newly acquainted job coach asked me why ???? am I telling her this ( she is now being transferred to closer to home job centre… just as well, few 9am start appoint that I had with her she didn't make it on time.)

Ok i may be more than clueless, in short the person who calls you before you bring you identification with to job centre told me to tell you that's why

So went home and googled it yep they are to be informed- so I wrote formal compliant at which point their former manager asked would it help if we gave some of your benefit sooner … my pinky brain doodled though exactly how does it help the situation to get money sooner

And today i wasn't too happy with working links either who I joined of my own free will (yep not referred to from job centre) but they neglected to inform me that it's now mandatory, meaning I cannot leave them.
