Bullying harassment and victimisation in an organisation like the NHs would be harder to prove and the question is why ?
Any concrete evidence would be interwoven with "handling" of patient information and you don't want to violate data protection act, nothing to do with patient itself but in the format of written work /quality of work or requested files.

Failure to organise pass to get through to office
Bad management an bias during performance review:
After stress questionnaire strangely enough my performance went down hill
Let us consider why ? Because I was being treated quite harshly by Morag Macnab And said refused to budge in saying so,
Yet during the remainder performance review period consistently left me,
in morag macnab charge deliberately. Using the information in stress questionnaires well, I see- that undoubtedly will cause undue stress.
I feel over all I have been used to do back dated filing- as that was almost completed count down to get rid of me regardless many assurances from Madam DungCanned that is not the case.
Yet within the contents of hand given letter was an email from Morag Macnab taken on the day of the an incident on 8th December.
I was given one entirely typed filing The other sheet other than a type address on the left hand corner rest of it hand written.
Simply shoved it my hands with fully typed one on top with no further comments I made the genuine mistake of not reading it, stapling it together (pre or post that time never happened again) however I did not put in temporary filing folder ( which was previously storage box with loads of backdating filing to be done ) so i decided to ask are these two different clients she quite correctly said why don't you just read and tell me yourself. true say
Yet on this occasion it wouldn't have killed you just to say two different clients while you shoved it into my hands either.
But the thing that bothers me most as it was letter it should have been given to me 'typed up' to file and if it was naturally expected of me to type it. She could have told me At the same time when told me to read it, to type it up as well but strangely didn't.
Yet this one time was rubbed in my face the whole time in hand given handouts of my weekly review, yep even at exit interview as an apprentice I made a error which was nipped in bud early and never made it again -,so you telling me I didn't learn from it?

As am talking about madam DungCanned let me mention Alice who live in the rabbit hole would also wonder into admin offices to see If I was actually there. This Alice proper rabbit hopping everywhere. Even Morag found reason to visit Alice warren ( after I gave in my response to the two probationary meeting handouts that refuse to sign ) was it for my mentorship with her as she was allocated for it (which never took place ) nope it was to check my filing work
Well Neways really Alice leaving bit late to be looking for yearly wall calendar in February yes I learnt how early some stationary should be ordered.
I did indeed muddle numbers at times on voice messages come to think of it only at times.
yet found this was deliberately being picked on during performances review period in tasks set as well as some in coming calls.
Where madam DungCanned heard wrong but yet still tried to make out I was wrong it was probably the only time I stood my ground and answered back.
Madam DungCanned expected me to sign the weekly round of tasks set and its completion. Which would mean I agreed with its contents. Refer to some of it contents above that have been quoted

So she threatened me with by saying I am going to write on it, you refuse to sign. Being cornered as i was I replied "I shall sign everything blindly wherever you want" to my surprise it was only than that she backed off.
And this is what Regent college passes off as management process and un-named organisation that I met at citizen advice told me to continue to go through the motions because I hadn't failed hence not dismissed after first performance review meeting.
