Will I email HR ?
Well this particular
blog 'is' let me correct myself was incomplete without it main audience So I emailed
it to HR

Titled:
Titled:
Grievances
against HR and ex manager of ex apprentice
Heads of who
ever
Having re read the
complaint procedure a year later (again) by the trade union
representative(which I am no longer part of)
I wonder why it was
even given ?
I have instead
blogged it please refer to
renamed complaint
against
And their
individual blog notes.

One or two

Or belittle
to 'the idiot apprentice '""""
-------
A week went by
nothing than the other day I got the following
------
Title: no
subject
"Hello. My
colleague has passed on your recent correspondence. I understand that you are
no longer an employee of the Trust but I am unclear as to the nature of your e
mail to colleague.
Please can you e
mail me directly with more information
Regards
Senior HR Adviser
""""
-------
Other than that
(excuse for being blind or dense )what more information am I being asked for ?
And it began
with Hello how bad is that.
Even in light of
what the hello motto stands for in the NHS
We are already in
contradiction
Refer to image
So I did work on
following reply
------
Title:
Subject clarified
Hello back,
I to am unclear as
to why I got reply email back?
As I expected it to
be read and trashed (just another disgruntled ex-employee)
As I initially
tried to email to the following email address & it didn't work
"...."
As for emailing
directly with further information
Why ?
Purpose &
function?
What was
insufficient on the blog notes ?
All I experienced
was system procedure failures
I am dis-inclined
at present to directly email further information
I came only to get
much needed work experience
What I got instead
was excellent law case project/study
Mental health in
the workplace how it works against you
That in itself is incomplete as I hadn't dissected the material in their
That in itself is incomplete as I hadn't dissected the material in their
and point out each
and every bias flaw made
I do however
suggest review on how vulnerable employees such as apprentice and those with
mental/intellectual disabilities. The Approach and treatment how
and why the procedures put in place[ should I be using the word safe guard ?]
failed.
Readdressed
the following:
apprentice
employment contract
Review mental
health occupational health I suggest they work in collaboration with the
shrinks)
The introductory
book on how Nhs deals with bullying , harassment and discrimination in regards
to mental health be again looked at
To put it mildly
learn from the idiot apprentice subject study"""
I looked
back on my email
A day or two later
reviewing the first email title
Grievances
against HR and ex manager of ex apprentice
“ is that not clearly not a complaint?”
I reflected upon
what trade union person had said about previous apprentices who left under unfavourable
circumstances and chose not to put in a
formal complaint
I did inform the CQC/ was it whistle blowing no
longer quite remember whom that for whatever reason DBLs check hadn’t been done
prior to starting apprenticeship, apart from
acknowledgement of email and so who so
is allocated never heard from them again.
On that basis alone why would I email
HR senior with further information? If at all ?
As for Readdressed
the following:
1) apprentice
employment contract
2) Review mental
health in conjunction with occupational
health I suggest they work in collaboration with the shrinks)
3) The introductory
book on how NHS deals with bullying , harassment and discrimination in regards
to mental health be again looked at.
Well whoopee I got next themes for future blog note sorted.
Also darn it I have
contractual obligations to myself again.
As for possible future
title
Mental health in the workplace how it works against you lets rephrase that how to recognise it and not put it down to is it me
